CNC & Sheet Metal Welding

Welding is primarily divided into two types: laser welding and argon arc welding.

Laser welding: Pros:High-precision welding with fast and strong adaptability, Disadv: lack of strength

Argon arc welding: Pros: strong bonding capability,Disadv: deformation easily caused due to the excessively high temperatures generated.

Processing

Welding is primarily divided into two types: laser welding and argon arc welding.
Laser Welding excels in precision, speed, and adaptability. However, it may produce weaker weld strength compared to arc welding and requires precise part fit-up.
Argon Arc Welding (TIG) creates strong, high-quality bonds but operates at high temperatures, which can lead to part deformation and requires skilled operation.

Spot Welding Display:
Advantages: Features a minimal heat-affected zone and low thermal distortion, resulting in a clean appearance.
Disadvantages: Does not provide the same structural strength as full-penetration welds.
