If you want some rubber, clear, colored, over mold, duplicate prototypes or low volume production parts, our expert team with the technology of silicone mold vacuum casting to make it.
Using the model or pieces produced via CNC, SLA, SLS or sculpture made by clay carving as a master mold to make the silicone mold. Then we will use this silicone mold via vacuum casting to produce accurate duplicates of the original parts. Usually the tolerance can be controlled to ±0.20mm/100mm and one silicone mold can be reused about 10 times,but 3-8 times more better. Also it need the parts thickness less that 3mm.
Vacuum casting
Vacuum casting or urethane casting is ideal for prototyping and low volume production runs of plastic parts, as it is silicon molding. If you want more than 4 pieces of one part, or you want rubber and over-molding part, or you want to split one part with CNC and glue together, or complex transparent and self colored part, silicone mold should be a reasonable choice.
